The following is a disclaimer for Roots Xperience Trip, LLC, the contents of all content productions as well as organizing trips for individual travels, group travel and bookings. If you agree to use Roots Xperience Trip services, it is agreeing with this disclaimer.
Roots Xperience Trip strives to provide you with accurate information at the time of publishing, but some information may understandably be less accurate as time passes. Should you find any inaccurate information, please do not hesitate to contact Roots Xperience Trip, LLC. We will do our best to correct the mistake right away.
BOOKINGS / RESERVATIONS / PAYMENTS / CANCELLATION
*I do not hold Roots Xperience Trip responsible for unforeseen circumstances that might occur prior, during or after my trip, tour, excursion or adventure beyond the organizer's control.
*I assume responsibility for Reading and Understanding all materials prior to Booking my trip.
*I have read the itinerary, travel requirements, all passport and required travel documents and will not hold Roots Xperience Trip/Organizers responsible for damages, fees lost and out-of-pocket expenses, changed or cancelled itinerary.
*I understand that deposits paid to hold spot is Non-Refundable. I also understand that due date extensions for final payments are at the discretion of the trip organizer. Failure to meet payment deadline may attract a late-payment-fee of 7% of total amount due at final payment date.
*I understand that failure to complete payment by the due date is an indication that I will no longer be travelling with Roots Xperience Trip, unless extension for payment of balance is requested in writing two weeks prior to due date. 
*I understand that failure to request extension for payment of balance means amount paid to date will be forfeited.
*I understand that cancellation requests made 45 days or less prior to the start of the tour will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of trip cost, with NO REFUND. 

INDIVIDUAL & SMALL GROUP TRIP BOOKINGS
Deposits and reservations for all travelers must be paid in full by requested payment dates per travel. All trips include Accommodations, Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) at accommodating facility, as well as access to all planned activities. Transportation to and from airport and planned activities is also included.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Travelers are responsible for the following:
-Passport with a validity of at least six months
-Personal Expenses
-Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination
-Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate
Round Trip Ticket & Visa (Not your responsibility if doing All-Inclusive) 
THINGS TO KNOW
Participants in this trip should be aware that our daily itinerary typically involves up to three to four hours of physically activity. These activities may include walking at a moderate pace, navigating uneven terrain, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods in galleries as well as exploring historic castles and museums.
We are committed to ensuring that all participants have an enjoyable and accessible experience. If you or someone in your group has specific accessibility requirements or mobility concerns, please let us know in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide assistance to ensure your participation.

Travelers may opt to secure International Health Insurance. Its optional but recommended
